• Delivering real-time updates on match progress, ensuring you never miss a crucial moment.
• Multi-platform coverage, enjoy sports anytime, anywhere.
• Delivering an immersive and lifelike viewing experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of 海星体育, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
• Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and the stipulations of this agreement.
• Respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of 海星体育 and others.
• Refraining from any illegal, infringing, or disruptive activities that may affect the platform's normal operation.
• Safeguarding your account information and password to ensure their security.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on the 海星体育 platform, encompassing text, images, videos, audio, logos, designs, and software code, is the exclusive property of 海星体育 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works without 海星体育's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

Regarding Paid Services:

• Making payments for relevant services in a timely and agreed-upon manner.
• Late payments may incur additional late fees.
• All paid fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

海星体育 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The total aggregate liability of 海星体育 shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination of Agreement

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of 海星体育 services and destroy any confidential information of 海星体育 in your possession.

Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the competent court of 海星体育 Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.'s domicile.
